【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanPrestandardspecifiesatestmethodfordeterminingthecontributionoffireprotectionsystemstothefireresistanceofstructuralconcretefilledhollowsteelcolumns.Theconcretecanbelightweight,normal-weightorheavy-weightconcreteandofstrengthclasses20/25(LC/C/HC)to50/60(LC/C/HC).Themethodisapplicabletoallfireprotectionsystemsusedfortheprotectionofsuchstructuralcolumnsandincludessprayedfireprotection,coatings,claddingprotectionsystemsandmulti-layerorcompositefireprotectionmaterials.Thetestmethodanditsassessmentprocedureisdesignedtopermitdirectapplicationoftheresultstocoverarangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionmaterial.Thetestmethodisonlyapplicabletofireprotectionsystemswhicharefixeddirectlytothestructuralcolumn.Fireprotectionsystemswherethefireprotectionmaterialisnotattacheddirectlytothecompositecolumn,leadingtoacontinuouscavitybetweenthecolumnandthefireprotectionmaterialofsizegreaterthan5mmarethesubjectofENV13381-2.ThisEuropeanPrestandardcontainsthefiretestwhichspecifiesthetestswhichshouldbecarriedouttodeterminetheabilityofthefireprotectionsystemtoremaincoherentandfixedtothecompositecolumnandtoprovidedataonthetemperaturesoftheoutersteelsurfaceofthecompositecolumn,whenexposedtothestandardtime/temperaturecurveaccordingtotheproceduresdefinedherein.Inspecialcircumstances,wherespecifiedinnationalbuildingregulations,therecanbeaneedtosubjectreactiveprotectionmaterialtoasmoulderingcurve.ThetestforthisandthespecialcircumstancesforitsusearedetailedinannexA.Thisexposure,applicabletoreactivefireprotectionmaterials,isusedonlyinspecialcircumstances,wherespecifiedinthenationalbuildingregulationsofamemberstateoftheEuropeanUnion,andisnotintendedtobemandatoryforallfireprotectionmaterialsappliedtoconcretefilledhollowsteelcolumns.Thefiretestmethodologymakesprovisionforthecollectionandpresentationofdatawhichcanbeusedasdirectinputtothecalculationoffireresistanceofconcrete/steelcompositemembersinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninENV1994-1-2.ThisEuropeanPrestandardalsocontainstheassessmentwhichprescribeshowtheanalysisofthetestdatashouldbemadeandgivesguidancetotheproceduresbywhichinterpolationshouldbeundertaken.Thelimitsofapplicabilityoftheresultsoftheassessmentarisingfromthefiretestaredefinedtogetherwithpermitteddirectapplicationoftheresultstodifferentsteel/concretecompositecolumns,steeltypesandthicknesses,concretedensities,strengths,thicknessesandproductiontechniquesovertherangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionsystemtested.Licensed
