【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestotheBASICSAFETYandESSENTIALPERFORMANCEofMEDICALELETRICALEQUIPMENTandMEDICALELECTRICALSYSTEMS,hereafterreferredtoasMEEQUIPMENTandMESYSTEMS.IfaclauseorsubclauseisspecificallyintendedtobeapplicabletoMEEQUIPMENTonly,ortoMESYSTEMSonly,thetitleandcontentofthatclauseorsubclausewillsayso.Ifthatisnotthecase,theclauseorsubclauseappliesbothtoMEEQUIPMENTandtoMESYSTEMS,asrelevant.HAZARDSinherentintehintendedphysiologicalfunctionofMEEQUIPMENTorMESYSTEMSwithinthescopeofthisstandardarenotcoveredbyspecificrequirementinthisstandardexceptin7.2.13and8.4.1.Thisstandardcanalsobeappliedtoequipmentusedforcompensationoralleviationofdesease,injuryordisabiliby.InvitrodiagnosticequipmentthatdoesnotfallwithinthedefintionfoMEEQUIPMENTiscoveredbytheIEC61010series2).ThisstandarddoesnotapplytotheimplantablepartsofactiveimplantablemedicaldivicescoveredbyISO14708-13).

【摘要】:WARNING—TheuseofthispartofISO4263caninvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.ThispartofISO4263doesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO4263toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThispartofISO4263specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheageingbehaviourofsynthetichydraulicfluidsofcategoriesHFDR,HFDU,HEESandHEPGasdefined,forexample,inISO12922andISO15380.Theageingisacceleratedbythepresenceofoxygenandmetalcatalystsatelevatedtemperature,andthedegradationofthefluidisfollowedbychangesinacidnumber.OtherpartsofISO4263specifysimilarproceduresforthedeterminationofageingbehaviourofmineraloilsandspecifiedcategoriesoffire-resistantfluidsusedinhydraulicandotherapplications.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtocomparetheoxidationstabilityoffluidsthatarenotpronetocontaminationwithwater.However,becauseofthelargenumberofindividualfield-serviceapplications,thecorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestandactualserviceperformancecanvarymarkedly,andisbestjudgedonexperience.Theprecisionofthistestmethodforsynthetichydraulicfluidsisnotknownbecauseinterlaboratorydataarenotavailable.Thismethodmightnotbesuitableforuseinspecificationsorintheeventofdisputedresultsaslongasthesedataarenotavailable.However,precisionforinhibitedturbineoilsisgiveninClause11forguidanceasanindicationoftheprecisionthatcouldbeobtainedforsynthetichydraulicfluids.
