【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesign,installation,operationandmaintenanceofliftingandtiltingmachinesused,inbakeries,forliftingand/ortiltingacontaineroramachinewithnonremovablebowlcontainingdoughorpastryandfortippingthecontentsatthetopendofthestroke.Theliftingandtiltingmachinescanbestationaryormovableandaredesignedforsemi-manufacturedproducts(mixturesofflour,waterandotheringredients)orrawmaterial(flour,mixturesetc.).Thedirectionofliftingcanbevertical,inclinedorcombinedandfollowsatrackfixedbymechanicalguides,orarticulatedarms.!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoliftingandtiltingmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththehazardsduetothemixingorotherfunctionofthebowl(fordoughmixersseeEN453).Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:?experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;?domesticappliances;?automaticmobileequipment,forexamplebuckettrucks;?lifttrucks;?automaticdevicesworkinginautomaticproductionlines(wheretheinitiationofthemovementisnotduetoanhumanaction).!ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithpoweredequipmentthatmaybeprovidedtoassistthemobilityofmobilebowlliftingandtiltingmachines."WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithawaterjet.Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardbyliftingandtiltingmachinesforbakery.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.AnoisetestcodeisthereforegiveninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoliftingandtiltingmachinesforbakerywhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
