【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesalistofequivalentterms,inEnglish,FrenchandGerman,relatedtothemainmechanicalchains,classifiedinaccordancewiththeirdesignand/oruse,aswellastheirprincipalcomponents,fittingsandsprockets.Itdoesnotdefineterms.ItisapplicabletothepatternsofchainsandcomponentsdefinedintheISOstandardsreferenced,aswellastomanypatternsofnonstandardizedchainthatareusedinspecialapplications.Asfaraspossible,thechains,sprocketsandaccessoriesareillustratedbyanexample.NOTEInadditiontotermsusedinEnglishandFrench,twoofthethreeofficialISOlanguages,thisInternationalStandardgivestheequivalenttermsinGerman;thesearepublishedundertheresponsibilityofthememberbodyforGermany(DIN).However,onlythetermsgivenintheofficiallanguagescanbeconsideredasISOterms.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO6621specifiesthosequalityaspectsthatarecapableofdefinitionbutnotnormallyfoundonadrawingspecification.Itcoversthefollowing:—single-piecepistonringsofgreycastironorsteel;—multi-piecepistonrings(oilcontrolrings)consistingofcastironpartsandspringcomponents;—single-pieceandmulti-pieceoilcontrolringsofsteel,i.e.oilcontrolringsintheformofstripsteelcomponentsorsteelsegments(rails)withspringexpandercomponents.Inadditiontospecifyingcertainofthelimitsofacceptancerelatingtoinspectionmeasuringprinciples(coveredbyISO6621-2),thispartofISO6621alsocoversthosefeaturesforwhichnorecognizedquantitativemeasurementproceduresexistandwhichareonlycheckedvisuallywithnormaleyesight(spectaclesifwornnormally)andwithoutmagnification.Suchfeatures(superficialdefects)areadditionaltothestandardtolerancesofringwidth,radialwallthicknessandclosedgap.ThispartofISO6621doesnotestablishacceptablequalitylevels(AQL),itbeinglefttomanufacturerandclienttodecidetheappropriatelevelsjointly.Inthiscase,therecommendationsofISO2859arefollowed.ThispartofISO6621specifiesthequalityrequirementsofpistonringsforbothreciprocatinginternalcombustionenginesandcompressorsworkingunderanalogousconditions.Itisapplicabletoallsuchringsofadiameter≤200mm.
