【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricshavers,hairclippersandsimilarappliancesintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesofsimilarappliancesarethoseusedformanicureandpedicure.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshopsandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE102Examplesofsuchappliancesareanimalclippers,animalshearersandappliancesforhairdressers.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE103Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbynationalhealthauthorities,nationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE104Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-massageappliances(IEC60335-2-32);-appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601).
